Global Gathering at WONCA World Conference: Master Faculty meeting!

The heart of our project, the Master Faculty, recently convened at the WONCA World Conference in Sydney, on October 26, 2023. This dynamic meeting, which seamlessly blended in-person and virtual participation, provided a platform for deep dives into the achievements of Phase 2 and work in the design and implementation details for phase 3 Train the Trainer and phase 4 Performance in Practice.

Phase 2 Unveiled: Online Course Steals the Spotlight!
Launched in October 2023, our online training course is proving to be the cornerstone of our project. It's not just a course; it's a catalyst, providing family doctors with essential skills and knowledge for advanced mental health care.

Phase 3 and Train-the-Trainer: A Glimpse Into the Future
Looking ahead, Phase 3 promises to be a crescendo of collaborative learning. A cadre of 150 Scholars will conduct sessions in their communities, fortified by comprehensive toolkits and evaluation forms. This groundbreaking program sets sail in March 2024, with Faculty Members taking the lead in recruiting Scholars.

Phase 4 - Performance in Practice: A Global Impact
Expanding our horizons, Phase 4 will span three countries and practices are set to make a global impact. A rich toolkit, fortified by instructional videos, will usher practices through a five-month journey commencing in March 2024.
